Cellphone fell into a cup full of coffee. was able to teardown and clean QWERTY keyboard, and seems to work now, but unable to teardown flipscreen. Cannot figure out what is holding it tight at top where camera is located, and at midpoint.

The camera lens cover on my Samsung Alias 2/SCH-U750 seems to be scratched or fogged, meaning the phone now takes lousy pictures. I can’t tell if the cover can be pried off from the outside or if it can be removed from the inside, or even if a replacement cover exists…

Hello. Recently I have dropped my Samsung alias 2 into a source of water. After putting it in rice for a week, water is still trapped in between my keys to my keyboard. Also when I dropped it, the display is having a hard time even though that is not relevant to the question I would desperately enjoy a answer to the screen problem as well as the keyboard problem. thank you.

Hi,

So I accidentally dropped my phone in water, and after drying it, it seemed to work all right for a while and it still turned on fine, though the keyboard was buggy.

However, after a couple of days, though the phone itself turned on, the display stopped showing anything.

I’m trying to retrieve my Notes and Calendar items, but it doesn’t appear mounted on my computer when I plug into it, either Mac or Windows. Either that or fix my display. But I’m afraid to take it apart without any guidance.

If anyone can help, I’d much appreciate it!
