My ativ book 500t is chargable and when i press the on button, the blue light next to te senser blinks and the power indicator turnson but the screen is black what is wrong with my tablet?

Is there a way to get data from a samsung ativ 500 t sandisk chip without being logged in. My screen smashed and now is discoloured, so i can not log in with my password. I know how to do a normal data recovery myself, yet not with this type of pc, i can not see a way without paying a lot of money to get a full new screen.

Someone asked me if i flashed a strong light to the display see if i ca see something but nothing

Dosen’t even seem the lcd turn up.

Just when i press the power button, bue power indicater is on and the flick of a blu light next to the sensor than nothing happens. Screen is still black.

Can it be a faulty mainboard issue?

Is there a teardown video for the samsung ativ smart pc 500t. I have one that has a broken earbud port and the internal speakers don't work. I'm thinking there is a relationship with the earbud port and the speakers. When I opened it up I saw what was wrong but not a clear way to disassemble it further. Samsung ATIV Smart PC 500T: Can't boot from USB or HDD, flicks back to BIOS immediately

Samsung ATIV tab 500T won’t boot. It enters BIOS immediately. Trying to boot off USB results in a screen refresh then enters BIOS immediately. I was able to at one point start a windows install but it failed and since then I can’t get past BIOS.

Ideas?

I suspect bad BIOS but am unable to locate any BIOS update file for this model.

I have the Samsung ATIV desktop computer which comes with wireless mouse and keyboard. These are connected to the computer by a USB. A few days ago the mouse and keyboard stopped working. I could still turn on the computer but the mouse would not show up on the screen and the keyboard did nothing. I tried reconnecting the devices to the computer but that would not work either. Then after i tried the mouse and keyboard on other computers and they work just fine. It is just the problem on that certain computer. Can somebody please help me out?

The hinges inside the keyboard dock designed to work with the Samsung ATIV Smart PC 500T tablet has loosened over time. Now the tablet flops backward. This also results in the connection between the tablet and the dock coming loose. It feels like if I breathe on it wrong, the connection breaks , and I have to take it out of the dock and snap it back in to resume typing. I think the main issue is the hinges inside the dock, but I don't know how to get to them to tighten them.

Sometimes if I disconnect the tablet and reconnect it to the keyboard and track pad, the keyboard works for a minute or two and then stops. The track pad doesn't work at all and there is no cursor on the screen even when the tablet is connected.
