Initially Laptop 1 worked with monitors at home and in the office.

Experienced Laptop 1 randomly shutting down in office periodically and then more frequently but never at home.

Note Laptop 1 has battery charging issues.

Laptop 2 works with monitors in the office with no problems.

Tried two different types of docking stations. Issues remain. Tried two different power supplies to laptop (monitors are on a different power supply and did not switch that out). Issues remain.

Replaced one of the display port cords to a monitor no change.

Laptop 2 works with monitors in the office with no problems. Also Laptop 2 never shuts down randomly like Laptop 1 does in the office.

Now Laptop 1 will no longer work with monitors in the office but continues to works well with monitors at home.

pushed group updates and at work IT updated drivers for various components.

Option 1. IT updates may be needed to graphics card while in the office in order to work with monitors at the office?

Option 2. Due to bad battery, perhaps there is insufficient power in the office due to LED building experiencing issues with interrupters, possibly but not sure.

Option 3. Possibly something wrong in the office with computer accepting video. Perhaps uncheck fast start up. Not sure?

Any ideas?
