Saeco Intelia HD8752: Saeco Intelia HD8759 hissing noise and water leaking

Hi everyone

Im trying to figute whats wrong with my coffee machine so that I can attempt to fix it myself.

This machine is 5 years old all the regular maintenance has been done as per Saeco.

Lately I noticed some clear water on the right side of the machine under it seems to be accumulating inside on the right edge where the brew group is. I circled it in the picture. Couple months ago it started making this hissing noise, it seems to be coming from that water inlet, please see video. Any suggestions where this hissing sound is coming from. Everything on the machine works as it should.

I cleaned the brew group twice in the last couple of days greased, filter screen on the brew group cleaned as well. I didnt change o-rings yet until I figure out what parts I need so that I can order everything together.

Saeco Intelia HD8752: Saeco Intelia HD8752 dripping water from milk wand

My Saeco Intelia is dripping water from the milk wand instead of the coffee dispensing spout. when operating the steamer it would function properly, same if trying to dispense hot water out of the wand, however water would still leak out of the wand when trying to brew coffee.

I’ve tried descaling, as well as to open the machine and tighten the bolt that i considered related to the steamer (the one marked in red in the attached image).

Any help or idea would be highly appreciated…

Saeco Intelia HD8752: Dregs timer won’t reset

I can’t reset the empty dregs warning making the machine inoperable.

The obvious thing is the microswitch but I know it’s working, it’s just not doing what it’s supposed to do.

when I put the machine into service mode and go the the inputs page, the dregs microswitch doesn’t change the dregs state from N to Y when operated but I know it’s working because the door state changes. I know the door switch works because with the dregs in, the door state changes.

know these are linked somehow even though they’re on a separate wiring loom.

what on earth is going on?? Any advice will be very welcome.
