Saeco Exprelia: Whenever there is water in the tank, it slowly leaks out

Basically whenever I put water in the tank, it slowly leaks through the machine to under where the internal drip tray sits, so I end up with water in the base of the machine and on the countertop if I leave it long enough.

Any ideas to what valve/component would be causing this and if it is something I can fix?

Saeco Exprelia: Espresso is filling up internal drip tray but not dispensing

What is causing the coffee to be ground, pressed into proper pucks, but the espresso itself is not dispensing out of the machine. It collects into the internal drip tray. Descaled twice, replaced piston gasket, cleaned and lubed brew group. Still nothing
