Roku 3: How do I turn off the front panel LED light?

The LED light on the front panel of the Roku 3 is constantly on, and at night the brightness of the LED can be annoying. Is there a way to turn off this light?

Thanks but I did. Tried different HDMI as well as the three RCA jacks and also 2 different tv’s. I also reset the Roku to factory settings and even then, it shut down while loading all the channels. As I was re-setting it up it accepted the wireless name/password and started to load 1 of 88 channels but shut down while the channels were loading. I unplugged and plugged back in and it started loading 1 of 52 channels then shut down again midstream. Re-booted again and loading 1 of 33… shut down a couple more times but finally completed. After ALL that back to the same thing. after 2 to 5 minutes of watching whatever it shuts down.

Roku 3: Why is my power adapter overheating?

I leave my Roku 3 plugged in all day because there is no power off button, but I notice the power adapter getting really warm. Do I need to unplug my Roku 3 every time it is not in use, or is this a problem with the adapter?

I changed the batteries in my remote but it is still not working. My Roku does not respond even when I tried moving closer and made sure nothing was blocking the Roku player.

Roku 3: controller will not work

my roku 3 was working fine. then the controller quit working. I put new batt. in it, did not make a difference. Then I pulled the power cord from the unit. Thinking it would reset it self, it worked for several clicks then quit. What should I do?

Roku 3: AFTER accessing my Wi-Fi, my Roku 3 can't find "MY NETWORK".

My Roku 3 worked great for a couple months, but eventually it "froze up", so I had to power-down and restart it. Now, when it starts up, the first thing it does is search for my home Wi-Fi ....WHICH IT FINDS AND CONNECTS WITH.

BUT THEN it starts searching for "my home network"....which I can't understand, because:

(1) it never did this step in the past, and

(2) if it is already connected to my Wi-Fi, then it ALREADY IS connected to my home network.... ISN'T IT ??

In any event, after searching for "my home network" for a bit, I am told that "it can't find it", and the whole start-up fails, and I just have to repeat the steps I just described .... and I obtain the same exact unsatisfactory result.

I just keep "going in circles".

My Roku 3 has a loose HDMI connection I have to wiggle the cord on the Roku end for the picture to come in I am wondering can that connection be fixed if taken apart like maybe soldering the HDMI port to the motherboard again?
