Samsung Jet Bot VR30T80313W: Battery won't charge.

So I just got my robot vacuum back after lending it to my brother.

Turned out it stopped working a while ago.

When I got it back I started to diagnose it.

The first thing I noticed was, when it's docked in the charginstation, it turns on and I can adopt it into the smart things app. The battery read 0% and no matter how long it charges it wouldn't go up.

So I started by disassembling the battery down to its individual cells. Turned out 5 out if 6 cells were completely dead (absolute 0 volts).

So I ordered some new cells and put the battery back together. The battery now shows 21,7 volts. But it still doesn't want to run outside the chargingstation.

When I use a multimeter on the battery, while it's connected to the chargingstation it shows about 25 volts on d+ to d- (the plugs from the vacuum to the PCB on the battery). And still 21,7 volts on b+ to b- (the spot welded tin to the battery). It has now charged for about 2 hours and it's still about 37% charged (so not getting charged).

I've tried to put the PCB under an thermal camera to see if anything gets hot, but it doesn't. Even with it plugged into the chargingstation, without the chargingstation or it disconnected from the robot. I've also tried to connect 21 volts 1 a with a powersupply connected both on d+ to d- and on b+ to b-, yet nothing gets hot.

Anyone have any idea on how I could fix this?

I'm pretty new to this stuff, but I do watch some youtubers like NorthridgeFix and TronicFix so I have some general idea.

Should I disconnect the cells again and maybe try injecting voltage over some of the chips on the PCB or check the resistance on some of the caps? If so i would love some guidence. I don't have a chip programmer yet, but I will order one sooner or later, if needed.

Image of the PCB here:

I'm also working on a guide on the disassembly of the batter here (ask and ill add you in order to view):

Roborock Qrevo S: roborock Qrevo S Robot Lidar error. Check that the turret turns freely

Does anyone have a guide on how to disassemble the Qrevo S?

Context:

My robot hasn't hit the year mark and yet he doth betray me with the Lidar error. I tried spinning the lidar with a cotton swab a few (15) times (it turns just fine), cleaning the area with a toothpick and vacuum, moving it, soft resetting it, hard resetting it and now I'm at a loss.

I followed this guide initially, but unfortunately it doesn't get me all the way to the turret motor in my model: <ins>https://www.reddit.com/r/Roborock/commen...</ins>

I have tried YouTube, google and am a hair's breadth away setting fire to my poor tool kit.

Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

eufy RoboVac G10HYBRID: How to fix a Eufy RoboVac G10 Hybrid that won’t charge and reports low

How can I fix a Eufy RoboVac G10 Hybrid that stopped charging suddenly?

The vacuum was working normally, but one day it stopped charging completely. When I press the reset button on the bottom, it powers on briefly and says the battery is low and needs to be charged. However, when placed on the charging dock, it does not start charging (no LED change and no charging indication).

What I have already checked:

The charging dock has power

The robot is correctly positioned on the dock

Charging contacts on the dock and the robot are clean

Tried multiple wall outlets

At this point, I would like to know how to repair it, not just identify the cause.

Questions:

What are the recommended repair steps to restore charging?

Is battery replacement usually the correct fix for this issue?

Are there known internal components (fuse, charging board, connector) that commonly fail?

What should be tested first after opening the robot?

Any step-by-step repair guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you.

My roomba moves for about a minute then says I need to clean the brushes. The brushes are clean. I’ve replaced all brushes and battery several times. I recently took the whole thing apart because of this error. I cleaned the fuzz around the motor and other places. I can’t tell if the brushes are spinning while it’s moving although it does sound different than normal. I thought this was because I cleaned around the motor. I can find parts on Amazon. Should I replace the green housing that the brushes sit in or should I replace the round sensor in the housing?

S7 MaxV Ultra: The Vibra-mop isn't working after replacement. Did I miss a step.

My S7 MaxV Ultra was giving a Error 27, Vibra-Mop Jammed. It was mopping, but I don't think it was raising the mop when it wasn't mopping. I found the replacement part on AliExpress. The part came in and seemed Identical to the old part. I found a youtube video on taking the robot apart. I replaced the part. Now when I run the robot it doesn't ever activate the mop. It washes the mop at the start of the session, but doesn't after finishing. I also don't see it lowering the mop and the floors aren't wet when it is running. I asked Roborock support but they just want me to send it in. Is there a process to get it to reset or calibrate the new module. Thanks for any responses.
