Ring Video Doorbell: Why is my ring chime not connecting to my WiFi?

We have set up the Ring video doorbell and now have the ring chime to go with it. We have followed all instructions and looked up forums online but still unable to get the chime to connect. It finds our WiFi and the blue light pulses, as soon as it says they are connecting the blue light speeds up searching for networks and says set up has failed! I've reset the chime, reset the router, checked internet connection and not sure what I can do now! Please help?!

Thanks in advance

Ring Video Doorbell: Why is my hardwired battery not trickle charging

I've had my hardwired ring doorbell almost a year a the battery has always been at 100%

Lately its been slowly dropping and not recharging. I've read on other forums that this was the cause of a firmware upgrade and ring knows nothing about it. Their tech support is really terrible. Anyone experiencing this?

Ring Video Doorbell: Why am I not getting Notifications

I am not getting any notifications on my phone and other iOS devices including two Mac desktops. Everything was working fine. After I charged the battery and I discovered I was not getting any notifications on my iPhone 8. Obviously I went through the basic troubleshooting steps to figure it out. I was never able to figure it out. I did look at the system health and it appears normal. The battery has a good charge and RSSI is good as well.

The Doorbell firmware is up to date and Ring App is 5.11.2. On my iPhone 8 running 12.3, all of the notifications are ON.

Does anyone else use a Ring Doorbell 2 and experience a notification issue?

Ring Video Doorbell: Really low speaker volume

Hi! I have a Ring doorbell, and live on a quite busy road. The speaker seems to be extremely hard to hear, and I have had RING tech support check it is set to the maximum. So what I am wondering is whether anyone has, or could advise on swapping out this speaker for one say from an iPhone or something? I am NOT technical, so there may be many reasons why this is not possible, but f I play music on my iPhone at the front door, that can be heard fine in any traffic, so I don’t see why the Ring doorbell couldn’t be adapted in some way to allow for a better speaker. Any help gladly accepted! Thanks in advance

Ring Video Doorbell: Replacing existing doorbell with Wired Ring Doorbell

I'm trying to replace my existing doorbell with a wired ring doorbell. I thought it was a simple case of taking off old, using the wires on new one, bingo! But I just realised my existing door bell does not have a separate chime but actually the burglar alarm control panel (keypad) is what chimes when the bell is pressed.

Turning off mains power from consumer unit does not turn this power off. The bell still works. I'm pretty sure the power isn't strong enough to give me a shock but I'd rather turn off the power completely before beginning installation of new doorbell.

Anyone ever seen a doorbell wired to the house alarm system? How do I safely install a new wired ring doorbell? I don't need a chime with new door bell and Ring also say in instructions that you don't use an existing chime.

Any help is appreciated.
