I've had my hardwired ring doorbell almost a year a the battery has always been at 100%

Lately its been slowly dropping and not recharging. I've read on other forums that this was the cause of a firmware upgrade and ring knows nothing about it. Their tech support is really terrible. Anyone experiencing this?

Ring Video Doorbell: Really low speaker volume

Hi! I have a Ring doorbell, and live on a quite busy road. The speaker seems to be extremely hard to hear, and I have had RING tech support check it is set to the maximum. So what I am wondering is whether anyone has, or could advise on swapping out this speaker for one say from an iPhone or something? I am NOT technical, so there may be many reasons why this is not possible, but f I play music on my iPhone at the front door, that can be heard fine in any traffic, so I don’t see why the Ring doorbell couldn’t be adapted in some way to allow for a better speaker. Any help gladly accepted! Thanks in advance

Ring Video Doorbell: Why is my ring chime not connecting to my WiFi?

We have set up the Ring video doorbell and now have the ring chime to go with it. We have followed all instructions and looked up forums online but still unable to get the chime to connect. It finds our WiFi and the blue light pulses, as soon as it says they are connecting the blue light speeds up searching for networks and says set up has failed! I've reset the chime, reset the router, checked internet connection and not sure what I can do now! Please help?!

Ring Doorbell 2: Why is my doorbell not connecting to my WiFi after falling in water?

I have a ring doorbell for my garden to look at the wildlife. Last night a fox it it into a pot of water and it sat there for 7 hours. Took it out and took it apart to dry it up (trust me, it works) and it turned on! Just one thing: when the doorbell button is clicked, it doesn’t make the noise and it doesn’t connect to my WiFi.

Ring Video Doorbell Pro: Replacing UV-damaged plastics, particularly the camera lens

My Ring Video Doorbell Pro is 3 years old and gets full sun exposure for several hours every day. Over time, the plastics have developed a haze, similar to a car's plastic headlight housings. The button is also worn, but that is just cosmetic. The haze is bad enough that motion detection is no longer functional. Ring does not seem to sell service kits for this model, so they will only offer a discount on a replacement unit (which I presume will suffer the same fate). I'm curious as to whether there is any treatment I can apply as a preventative, or if indeed the front clear plastic panel can be replaced.

Ring Video Doorbell: Why am I not getting Notifications

I am not getting any notifications on my phone and other iOS devices including two Mac desktops. Everything was working fine. After I charged the battery and I discovered I was not getting any notifications on my iPhone 8. Obviously I went through the basic troubleshooting steps to figure it out. I was never able to figure it out. I did look at the system health and it appears normal. The battery has a good charge and RSSI is good as well.

The Doorbell firmware is up to date and Ring App is 5.11.2. On my iPhone 8 running 12.3, all of the notifications are ON.
