Ridgid R82005: My drill has no torque. what can I do?

I bought this drill for my daughter and neither one of us know how to increase the drill’s power. Is there any one who can help me? Help!

I plug the battery into the charger and it reads as fully charged, but when I use it in the drill it has no power at all. Help!

The drill is not rotating the correct way. All it is doing is unscrewing the screw.

I dropped my Ridgid R82005. It will not run, battery is okay. Trigger light comes on.
