RIDGID R84015 X2: Chuck is stuck and will not turn

I went to use my drill the other day and when I went to put a bit in the teeth, the chuck would not move. I could not get the teeth to move at all, and the chuck would not turn. I thought maybe it was just stuck and thought about putting something in there to loosen things up, but my father-in-law was afraid it might get into the electrical parts. Any information on how to get this unstuck would be helpful. Thanks!

Ridgid Brushless Drill Driver R860054: The battery charger for this device is not working.

The battery charger was plugged into an outlet that had 240v going through it for a few seconds. Then it failed to light up or charge a battery.

There looks like a resistor or capacitor that burned and failed when I open the charger up. Can you repair this?

RIDGID R84015 X2: Battery no longer holds a charge

The 18v batteries for my RIGID tools (drill and reciprocating saw) no longer hold a charge.

The charger even signals that one (I have 2 packs) of the batteries is defective (blinking red & green lights).

Do I have to replace the packs (over $100 each) or can I possibly replace the cells inside the packs?

Thanks in advance,

RIDGID R84015 X2: Bit won't come out of the chuck.

I used my drill today and I went to drill a into a piece of brick and the bit went back into the drill somehow. I can open and close the chuck but the drill bit will not come out. When I push on the end of the chuck it goes into the drill, it has a lot of movement.

I tried everything to try and get the drill bit out, nothing works, I don't understand how it could get stuck in the drill when I can still open and close the teeth to the chuck. Thanks.
