When turning on my camera all monitors and lights turn on but the lens does not come out as usual its stuck in the off position. Can anyone help me?

Heb reset met power button geprobeerd maar geen resultaat.

Daarna firmware update geprobeerd maar bij power on blijft de capture made indicator blinken met alle indicators {photo, video en live}.

Een reset door lange pres op de power knop werkt niet. De batterij laten leeg lopen en terug opladen geeft ook geen effect.

I recently got a used camera. It was working fine then when I was using the zoom the camera shut off with the lens still out. I tried turning it back on but it just showed a battery on the mini screen. I tried changing the battery but still nothing. Any help, also it’s not the exact same but still the Ricoh shot master

I recently purchased a Ricoh Myport 330 super film camera from eBay and shot two rolls fine before my camera malfunctioned. I was using the zoom when all of a sudden the lens retracted and the camera shut off, turning on (lens extending) and sounds at random. I somehow fixed it then but it malfunctioned and now has been broken for a few months. I purchased a new battery but it didn’t seem to do anything. Any help with this?
