I recently got a used camera. It was working fine then when I was using the zoom the camera shut off with the lens still out. I tried turning it back on but it just showed a battery on the mini screen. I tried changing the battery but still nothing. Any help, also it’s not the exact same but still the Ricoh shot master

The focus movement is frozen at infinity. The leaf shutter sticks on faster speeds. Before I take the lovely, “new” rangefinder to the shop, is there anything that I can do?

Ricoh Camera: Ricoh myport 330 super not working even with new battery

I recently purchased a Ricoh Myport 330 super film camera from eBay and shot two rolls fine before my camera malfunctioned. I was using the zoom when all of a sudden the lens retracted and the camera shut off, turning on (lens extending) and sounds at random. I somehow fixed it then but it malfunctioned and now has been broken for a few months. I purchased a new battery but it didn’t seem to do anything. Any help with this?
