My phone battery is addicted and I bought a new one and replaced it but I can't get my phone to work.

I bought an original BN52 battery that is compatible with this device.

The only thing that I see is the notification led blinking when I connect the new battery.

I already try to disconnect the battery, plug the charger, connect again and the behaviour is the same.

I already try 2 new batteries without sucess.

Any sugestions?

My phone’s audio completely stopped working. None of the outputs or inputs work – headphone jack, USB‑C audio, the build-in speaker, Bluetooth sound, and the built-in microphone are all dead. I’ve reflashed the system and firmware, but the issue persists.

Looking at the logs, the system cannot detect any audio device, and /proc/asound/cards shows nothing. It seems the audio codec (audio IC) is not being recognized by the system.

Could you help me diagnose or repair this issue?

Ps: I bet the audio codec/chip/card (as you call it) is broken.

Hi all.

I'm a trucker so i use my device constantly and always with data on. After a light incident in which the device fell on the truck floor my connection is terrible.

When I say terrible i mean it works fine sometimes (i should say under certain antennas) and has no data signal in other areas.

My ISP supposably did an extensive check and after 2 weeks the answer was my device is stuck in 2g, even though i sometimes have normal service.

Troubleshooting I have done so far is I took a new SIM card and even tried another ISPs and i had no change.

Should I try to change my data chip?

So i had this phone and its about 1 year old,althought by the phone being new it screen had ghost touch ,after few months it got damaged and it was left on shelf for like other 5 months. I just got a new screen on it and i still have ghost touch. Before repair it had ghost touch on top right corner now its on the bottom in the middle. i still have 6 month warranty. Now my question is could this be a mobo issue? It was dropped previously multiple times, but ghost touch is now in different area so could problem be a new screen??? Is it worth going to repair shop again? Thanks in advance:)
