Saltuary my phone turn off and doesn't turn back on. The battery seems to be working properly. It as if it is stuck for a while and only after several attempts does it turn back on.

The phone can still turn on, but after it is turned on and on the homepage, there is no response when it was touched the screen. I have bring it to the technician, they said the touchscreen is fine (already tried to chabge the LCD, but its still not responsive), so there may be a problem with the IC and it must be factory reset. But the technician is not guaranteeing if the factory reset is not working. Maybe in here there is someone who face the same issue as me. Please help 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

So one day a random notification happen after restart, it said need to format my sd card so i moved my file to my drive, then i insert the sd card back its not detecting not even a notification or something, i tried to update the MI UI it doesn't affect it, I've tried restarting, cleaning the sd card using an eraser, formating the sd card in my laptop, and it still can't read it, although my laptop can read the sd card just fine

in the about phone > storage

it doesnt have the sd card part, only the internal storage, this is what i usually go when sd card is detected or not.

In the beginning my cellphone was always hot when using data, but it was normal when using WiFi, sometimes it often turned off and on by itself and now finally it turns off and can't be turned on and it doesn't even charge and the indicator light doesn't come on, guess what's damaged and how? fix it?
