My phone battery is addicted and I bought a new one and replaced it but I can't get my phone to work.

I bought an original BN52 battery that is compatible with this device.

The only thing that I see is the notification led blinking when I connect the new battery.

I already try to disconnect the battery, plug the charger, connect again and the behaviour is the same.

I already try 2 new batteries without sucess.

Any sugestions?

My phone’s audio completely stopped working. None of the outputs or inputs work – headphone jack, USB‑C audio, the build-in speaker, Bluetooth sound, and the built-in microphone are all dead. I’ve reflashed the system and firmware, but the issue persists.

Looking at the logs, the system cannot detect any audio device, and /proc/asound/cards shows nothing. It seems the audio codec (audio IC) is not being recognized by the system.

Could you help me diagnose or repair this issue?

Ps: I bet the audio codec/chip/card (as you call it) is broken.

The phone can still turn on, but after it is turned on and on the homepage, there is no response when it was touched the screen. I have bring it to the technician, they said the touchscreen is fine (already tried to chabge the LCD, but its still not responsive), so there may be a problem with the IC and it must be factory reset. But the technician is not guaranteeing if the factory reset is not working. Maybe in here there is someone who face the same issue as me. Please help 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

So one day a random notification happen after restart, it said need to format my sd card so i moved my file to my drive, then i insert the sd card back its not detecting not even a notification or something, i tried to update the MI UI it doesn't affect it, I've tried restarting, cleaning the sd card using an eraser, formating the sd card in my laptop, and it still can't read it, although my laptop can read the sd card just fine

in the about phone > storage

it doesnt have the sd card part, only the internal storage, this is what i usually go when sd card is detected or not.
