I have to press the side of my phone against a hard surface like the edge of a desk for the phone to even register the power button being pressed. Given this persists even when booting the phone I’m assuming this is a hardware issue. How easy/difficult would this be to fix?

How to change speakers on Redmi Note 4? Prabobly in speakers is metal shards from work. Speaker is too quiet to hear person on other side. If you can help plese, use help with ifixit pro tool kit.

My phone suddenly started restarting and then screen turns off (but phone seems to be on as navigation buttons’ light is still on). I then restarted my phone a few times, but it didn’t restart (or I don’t know as screen was still blank but buttons were lit).

I managed to restart it in safe mode, and factory resetted it. After that too it was same (screen off, buttons on). Then I managed to turn it on, but then screen started blinking, and started dimming and after a while, it turned off completely.

(my hunch is that phone is on, it is the screen that can’t maintain it’s power or something. Any help is appreciated. Next thing I am going to try is flash the ROM, but I think it is a hardware issue..

Hey there. I have a redmi device which only turns screen on when I press power button 5 times which powers on flashlight and releases phone from sleep mode. This is because I did a setting for flashlight and if it is gone, it won't come out of sleep at all. Note that I can't restart my phone while it's in sleep mode. I really need help.

Hello, my mi note 4 is not charging. battery level stuck at 50%. when i plugged in charger then only it will start otherwise it turns off automatically. when it is switched off then only green led turns on but charge level not increase more then 50% and it again turn off when charger is removed.
