Razor Scooter: Wheel alignment on A3 Wheelie bar model

The back wheel on my son's A3 wheelie bar model cannot be properly aligned and always ends up rubbing on the frame.

It seems that the cheap black plastic "wheel holders" are perhaps defective. Without them, the axel goes through and the alignment is perfectly straight (but not rideable since the wheel slides back and forth). With them on, the angle of the axel is off just enough to cause the wheel to always rub.

Has anyone else had problems with this? My return window has closed, and when I contacted support they said they can't help me since there is not a Razor dealer in my region.

What options do I have to make this rideable, with or without the wheelie bar? I thought that the wheel assembly kit of an ordinary non-wheelie bar model would work, but I don't want to order one if it will not fit. Again, support refused to give me any advice about this!

Thanks in advance for any advice! I really appreciate it!

Razor E300: Razor e300 rear wheel assemnly

Designing a homemade ebike.. I need to know length of axle for e300 rear wheel version 1-35 with 10 inch wheel..Also same dimension for v5-v27 for the 9 inch wheel. All indications are that they are MUCH narrower than the later versions and may fit between traditional 18-20 inch kid bike forks much more easily (is not having to spread the bike forks so wide ) Any help would be appreciated.
