Razer Basilisk V3: How to find a replacement cable?

My cat chewed through the cord for this mouse and ive spent two years off and on trying to find a replacement. Ive pulled several cables from donor mice but the connector on the board is too small to fit any of them (even one I pulled from a different Razer mouse)

Every time I try to use Google I end up getting replacements for the v3 Pro (which is a wireless mouse so its just a basic type c cable). I even ordered a cord on amazon that said it would be compatible but it was the same size as every other mouse I've tried. I also tried reaching out to Razer but they dont have a public phone or email and the tickets I've sent in have never gotten a response.

Razer Naga Expert MMO: Razer naga side panel is not always responding

Hi!
I've been using this mouse for about 10 years, but over the past months the 5 and 1 button in the side panel do not respond well and sometimes require me to click them several times before they respond.

I opened it today to see if there could be any dust or grime under the buttons, but it was decently clean. I cleaned out some grime from the corner of the 12 button, saw if i could get anything lose with a fine vinyl paint brush and air dusted it without any results.

Is there anything else i can do to repair the panel or would i have to find a replacement part? I'm having a hard time finding replacements for it, so some sources would be appreciated! I live in Norway, but also have an address i can use in the US, though i won't see that person before december.

Razer Basilisk V3: Simple way to increase pressure required to activate mouse buttons?

Does anyone know of a simple way to increase the amount of pressure required to activate the optical switches on Razer's various peripherals? I'm always firing off desk pops due to damage in the tendons in my lower arms mostly because the older I get, the more difficult it becomes to keep my middle finger still when moving my index fingers. So a heavier spring in the primary mouse buttons would make life a lot easier. Unfortunately, making a tiny spring like and getting it to temper right without it becoming too brittle would be a pretty big pain in the a55. So I was just wondering if anyone in roughly the same situation as I am has come across a decent solution in increase that rebound pressure in the switches.

Razer Naga Trinity: Why does my DPI randomly shoot up to maximum on its own?

Hello,

I have a weird situation where my Naga Trinity shoots up to max DPI on its own. The only way to fix it is to manually cycle through Razer Synapse profiles to "change" the dpi settings back to how I like them.

I believe this is a hardware issue as it happens even if all my profiles are set to the same DPI value, if I have no profiles enabled, or even if Synapse is uninstalled. It happens on Synapse 3 and 4, and happens both in games and on my desktop.

Razer tech support was unable to diagnose the issue. I have repaired PS5 and Switch joysticks, so I'm confident I could replace something inside a mouse. Any help would be appreciated. THank you!
