Razer Blade Stealth 2017: Where to buy a reliable replacement battery in the UK?

My Razer laptop, purchased in early 2018 and which otherwise runs excellently, has a dead battery. I replaced it with one bought from Alibaba in 2022, and that one died within months. The seller gave me another for free which lasted about a year. Now that one is dying too (dies at 35 percent, only charges to 70 percent, i.e. about an hour of light use, health report changes wildly, sometimes saying over 70 percent, sometimes reporting 40 percent).

I know that iFixit in the US offers replacement batteries for this model. But there are none in stock for the UK store. Where can I buy a battery that isn't e-waste in waiting in the UK? So many sellers of replacement batteries online and on Amazon appear to be scams.

Razer Blade Stealth 2017: How can I repaste this laptop?

I can't seem to find any info online. I have the gunmetal one. I looked at the fan replacement guide available on iFixit but it's not clear how much further it is to get to the cooling block. It could just be under the copper piping to the right of the fans, but I don't want to go and do it without having opened this laptop before. Any help is appreciated.

Razer Blade Stealth 2017: Laptop Doesn't work on replacement Battery

I have a Razer Blade Stealth 2017, and the battery was dead showing 255% when plugged in, and completely shutting down when not plugged in. So I swapped the battery with a new one from Ifixit. After the swap I powered up the laptop with it unplugged, and it worked it said 54% battery so I went to do the battery Calibration as the guide says. I plugged it in and left it to charge for a few hours when I got back it was at 90% but it did not say charging anymore so I decided to unplug it, and let it drain. The laptop then instantly powered down, and wouldn't power back up. I am now in a state where I can use the laptop plugged in but cannot unplug it or it instantly powers off. I am unsure why as I have a brand new battery

Razer Blade Stealth 2017: Battery reporting way more than designed watt hours

I've replaced a battery using one sent by iFixit. It works as expected except for one very strange issue that I assume is to do with calibration.

As you can see on the attached, the battery reports to the system that it has way more than its actual capacity. Like, way more. The design capacity is 53.6 watt hours, not 736.62.

I have attempted to calibrate the battery multiple times. When I first installed it, I charged it to full plus two hours, used it until it auto-hibernated, charged it to full plus two hours again, and then used it until it auto-hibernated again. I then used it as normal.

Within a few days, it started reporting larger and larger capacities. It seems to increase every time it sleeps. Yesterday, before I let it sleep, it said ~180 watt hours. What's going on?

Razer Blade Stealth 2017: Laptop won’t run on replacement battery.

Hello,

I just replaced the battery on my 2017 Razer Blade Stealth. After installing, I was letting it charge all the way before draining to calibrate the battery, but it got stuck at 97%. I figured it was charged all the way and just displaying the amount improperly due to being a new battery, so I decided to unplug my device to begin draining the charge. However, my laptop won’t turn on when not plugged in. I have tried disconnecting the battery and running just on the power cable, and that works. I searched for a driver update and disabled and enabled the battery in device manager. I have also ran the power troubleshooter, which says there are no problems. What can I do to fix this, or did I receive a defective unit? Maybe something else is wrong?

Thank you.
