At first it felt like dirt to me and i pulled it out and later i realized solder marks under it. I am extremely anxious to know whether my raspberry will still function or not, and whats the ic number. Also, is it possible to get it fixed?

Mouse doesn't move, keyboard button inputs do nothing. When controllers (xbox 1/usb ps1 w/ adapter) are plugged in the device doesn't register their inputs though their power lights do come on.
