Rancilio Espresso Machines: Where can I get an adaptor for the plug?

The plug that goes into the wall and provides power is not a standard 3 prong. One of the prongs that would normally be vertical is horizontal. I've tried to find an adaptor at Lowes and Home Depot and they don't have it. Where could I find it?

There are two hoses in the reservoir - one longer one to call the intake hose and a shorter one I call the return hose.
Rancilio Espresso Machines: Main power switch burning out repeatedly

Just had to replace the 4th main switch on my S-24

( 2004 model Rancilio S24 Espresso machine)

switches arc internally and fail every ~6 mos

keeps overheating and melting switch, internal contacts scorched and arcing

even with new switch

Replaced terminal block and spade contacts after it melted the switch terminal block

(a standard part available only by the thousand, apparently)

Any one have any tips on explaining this ?

is it putting too many amps thru switch?

(replaced with OEM 's)

Needing a capacitor or relay?

machine otherwise working fine.

No discussions online (well, one without answer on an Epoca)

Rancilio Silvia Espresso Machine: Water not hot enough for perfect espresso...no crema neither~

My Rancilio Silvia has stopped to produce hot water enough for a good espresso. Never was hot enough but at least I was getting a "decent" espresso. Now is a different story. I did reset the thermostat by following video instructions but the little red bottom didn't move IN at all so that was a fiasco and resulted in no change at all with the water temperature. If I can't repair this problem with a DIY approach, is there any place I can send the Rancilio for help with this issue? Thank you!
