<title><![CDATA[RCA Voyager II: cannot get tablet set up after performing hard reset]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Just got this tablet for Christmas and it froze up, so a hard reset was performed using power and volume up keys. Now, we cannot get the tablet set up again because it is saying an account that was previously on this tablet must be entered. There was only one account used and I have all of the information saved in my phone. How can this be remedied?</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>I have purchased two RCA tablets for my sons on Christmas 2016 and one battery won't charge at all and the other one the battery runs down too quickly) the charge won't hold. I have tried emailing you support service for tablets but the email address I have isn't valid support.rcatablets which is in the paper that comes with the tablet.</p>
