RCA Voyager II: cannot get tablet set up after performing hard reset

Just got this tablet for Christmas and it froze up, so a hard reset was performed using power and volume up keys. Now, we cannot get the tablet set up again because it is saying an account that was previously on this tablet must be entered. There was only one account used and I have all of the information saved in my phone. How can this be remedied?

RCA Voyager II: battery won't keep a charge

I have purchased two RCA tablets for my sons on Christmas 2016 and one battery won't charge at all and the other one the battery runs down too quickly) the charge won't hold. I have tried emailing you support service for tablets but the email address I have isn't valid support.rcatablets which is in the paper that comes with the tablet.

Please help me with this. I need a way to contact someone about these tablets.

I bought 3 of these tablets on Christmas of last year for my kids and now only one has stereo. The other two have no sound at all. It happened to one then not long after the other one stopped working. The first one stopped working in the first month of ownership then less then a month goes by and another one losses sound

ok well one day i was listening to music and then the songs started changing on theyre own so i turned it off then when i turned it back on 1/4 of the screen didnt work

The unit was working fine. then while I was playing the 1 game i loaded on it it rebooted in the middle of my play and would only continue to shut off then reboot, shut off then reboot, never getting past the RCA screen with the dogs. It did this till the battery went dead. I tried to charge but it would not charge. Now it will not turn on or charge.
