my tablet was kicked off the corner of my bed and fell on a hardwood floor and now when (charged) turned on it shows nothing but a white noise screen, i'm unsure of what happened to it, today i opened it and nothing seemed broken or moved, so idk what to do

I am not sure if this is my tablet or not but mine is android 4.4.2. It used to be a very nice tablet. Then in 2021 I had performed a factory reset and it got rid of all my updates. Google play services stopped working, Downloads stopped working, Chrome stopped working, and google play games stopped working. It barely worked. I couldn't even download updates. So then in June of 2022, I turned it on again just out of curiosity and it turned on but this time it was extremely slow and settings stopped working!! Then the thing shut off for no reason and kept looping on the "RCA Powered by Android" screen with the 2 dogs. It wouldn't even take me to the black and silver RCA screen. It is so stuck on that boot screen that no factory resets seem to be working. I am not a getting a replacement, I am not rooting it because I only have a Chromebook that I cannot get Linux on and I can't afford to go to a repair shop. Can someone plz help me? I need help with the tablet not booting up.

I have purchased two RCA tablets for my sons on Christmas 2016 and one battery won't charge at all and the other one the battery runs down too quickly) the charge won't hold. I have tried emailing you support service for tablets but the email address I have isn't valid support.rcatablets which is in the paper that comes with the tablet.

Please help me with this. I need a way to contact someone about these tablets.

I bought 3 of these tablets on Christmas of last year for my kids and now only one has stereo. The other two have no sound at all. It happened to one then not long after the other one stopped working. The first one stopped working in the first month of ownership then less then a month goes by and another one losses sound

RCA Voyager II: cannot get tablet set up after performing hard reset

Just got this tablet for Christmas and it froze up, so a hard reset was performed using power and volume up keys. Now, we cannot get the tablet set up again because it is saying an account that was previously on this tablet must be entered. There was only one account used and I have all of the information saved in my phone. How can this be remedied?

My tablet wont connect to my wifi. I can put the tablet right next to it. Still wont connect to it. I have reset the wifi router and I have reset my tablet. It was work fine then it just stop connecting.

My keyboard won't respond to some of the letters I type at all. And if a letter does respond it always displays a different letter than I typed . And when I try to delete it keyboard won't respond. I tried switching keyboarrds through language and input in settings. No help. Turned off and on . No help. I can't type any ANYTHING! Only 2 months old. Walmart return policy is only 15 days. Really don't want to send it back to RCA and go without any device while waiting for replacement if possible. My only device. I'm disabled and homebound. It's the only thing that connects me to the outside world. REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!! Please and thank you!
