I have tried to attach my device to my laptop to transfer pictures to my photo folder but it says Windows does not recognize this device. Is there a work around?

I have problem when I hookup my blootooth headphones to my rca Viking pro no audio yes through my headphones I have restarted my tablet and everything else except a factory reset. I know its not my jlab headphones because it says paring and power on when I turn them on and I can hear that just fine.

OS update when I check for updates to the firmware on my RCA Viking Pro 10, it says the latest version has been installed that is Android 5.0. Well I know that it goes up to eight or nine now can I further update my firmware

I have searched far and wide and cannot find an LCD for my RCA RCT6513w87dk. So I have resorted to asking here if anyone knows where I would be able to acquire one for the tablet. I also measured the screen to be around 11.6 inches if that helps any more.

I need to fix the touch screen on my RCA tablets as it is not responding at all. I've tried going into recovery mode but it is not working. The only other solution I can think of is to download a copy of the recovery file to my micro SD card from online and once in recovery mode install using that option. Can anyone help and tell me where I can find this, or provide advice to fix my problem if it is something other than this?

I haven't used My tablet in awhile so I changed it up and turned it on it went like it was going to come on but then it started flashing viking pro over and over so i let sit for 15 minutes! and it still kept saying it!
