When I power the device up it show the opening RCA screen and will not move from that screen. I have tried resetting it both with the power button, and the reset on the back. I'm stuck and need help please. Thank you

I want to know why when my sons tablet was plugged in not being messed with he looked at it the screen showed 100% full he then unplugged it and was going to play it but the tablet was so hot on the back it made my son scream he drop it due to the heat from it he now has lil blisters and screen is cracked and stay on rca android screen

My sons tablet has been stuck on fastboot mode for 20 minutes and I have already tried holding the power button down, it didnt work. I held the power button down while pressing the volume button, nothing happened. Are there any other options????

microport only able to charge and not functional. I love this tablet but I can only connect to internet using my phone. is there at way to make this port actually work? I ordered a micro to micro cord and then read the manual which said this port can only charge. It didn't even do that technically, but its so cute.

i’ve tried turning it on. i’ve even tried the reset in the back but it keeps restarting and shutting off. i’ve only had it since December 21, 2015. it might be getting old but i don’t know. the last time it worked was February 25, 2018.
