I did a factory reset on my rca Galileo pro and reboot . Now it wont let me go thru the set up it keeps taking me back to the wifi screen but I check the wifi and says excellent signal. What can I do

Bought a rca Voyager 3 tablet on Facebook site an I have done the factory rest 4 times I go start the setup after connecting to my wifi it ask for my Google account I put it in then if wants the previous Google account. Can I bypass that some way I have no idea what it is bought it used?

i ordered rca 10 viking pro tablet from walmart and i received it yesterday. when i turned it on it stayed on the rca logo screen for awhile then turned off. and never came back on. now when i plugged it up to the charger the battery screen doesnt even show up. the blue light on the back by the charger port lights up when i plug in the charger so i i left it on charge overnight. but it still hasn’t come on. i’ve tried the reset button and that doesn’t do anything , i’ve tried the hard reset and still nothing.

Hi There.

Just wondering if anyone else out there has encountered a similar problem,

I recently purchased a RCA Pro12 Tablet on ebay.

When I received it I noticed a large sticker underneath reading "Demo Unit-Not all features might be fully activated" or something along those lines

Everything seemed to be working fine though, that is, until I decided to install a SD card into the unit for some added storage space.

It does not want to "see" any sd cards I insert into it, but even more than that, when I go to it's settings menu, I cannot find an option for "Storage and USB" anywhere under the settings menu???

(It does however recognise usb sticks plugged into it on it's usb port)

I have googled far and wide, but so far not come across a similar problem on the RCA tablets (or Android 6) out there, so I must admit, i am now completely stumped!

Any ideas as to what to try to get it to recognise sd cards, or to let the "Storage and USb" options appear again under it's settings menu?

Oh yes, it is running android 6. (Marshmallow)

I've had my tablet for about two years now and all of a sudden yesterday ( Sunday, Sept. 30 ) my screen was froze so, I turned it off and it's not turning back on and or charging. The blue charge light isn't working either. I don't know what to do!
