I get the Chipper/Nipper screen but when the next screen that says RCA comes up, it never goes any further.

This happened to me once before. I shelved it for a few weeks after trying to reset it. One day I decided to try it again & it worked perfectly. Until the next time I had that problem.

Any other suggestions on how to factory reset. I've factory reset 2-3 times already and still nothing.

Please help???

My tablet freaked out and started having google play, google+ errors then the whole thing shut off and rebooted only to be stuck on the osculating RCA screen is there a way to reinstall software when you can't get anywhere will not go to the hard reset. Was wondering if possible to use the sd disk or usb to reinstall software if I can find some for this model.

Keyboard ribbon cable and speaker

The tablet speaker was not working.While opening the back cover for checking the speaker, the keyboard ribbon cable came off at both ends from both the connectors.Now I am not sure about the orientation of the flat cable.Contact side facing down in the mother board connector? Also what should be the orientation in the back cover connector?

Also please inform me the specifications of the speaker like watts,ohm etc.,for replacement as I am in India.

My 10" RCA tablet (RCT6203W46 KC) won't charge; tried numerous chargers which work on other devices and on my 7" RCA tablet. I've tried power banks and AC chargers. The connection on the tablet itself seems loose. When I hold the charger in the tablet, the battery symbol comes on but I can't sit there for hours holding the charger. I've tried lodging the charger cord securely to the tablet but it is too loose to sit securely. Battery is completely dead at this point.

Is there a fix for this or is it a lost cause?
