I bought my tablet off someone and when turned on it says too many attempts to unlock and is asking for email and password i dont know them looked up the unlock sets it goes through the process but when the android pops up it doesnt give me the other options that are mentioned about resetting how can i go about this ??

Recently I had rediscovered this tablet and decided to use it for work purposes. Not even a day later a friend of mine thought it would be funny to smack the think out of my hand and onto the hard pavement. Miraculously, The only physical damage that could be seen is a slight crack through the left part of the screen itself. However when the actual device itself is turned on the entire left side is simply unresponsive while the right works perfectly fine. I’v already tried most of the normal tips and tricks (turning it off and on, factory reset, etc,) but nothing seems to actually be working. What would be the best course of action?

When i use a stylus on my RCA tablet it only registers it on the left and right sides. The middle of the screen will not register the stylus pen at all. It will register my finger occasionally but it’s teally frustrating when i try to draw.

Trying to do a hard reset but holding the volume buttons isn't prompting it. The keyboard is sticking but also seems to be off centered like the A is actually an S so never have use of an A. making this useless to me since all my passwords have an A in them. How can I fix this?

I actually bought this as a Christmas present for someone but did so almost 2 months in advance so the purchase date on my receipt is no good even though this has been doing this the whole time, it had gone from occasionally to chronically is all.
