RCA CC310: The tape won't advance when inserted

I bought my camcorder today and when I got it home it powered up and made promising sounds then I put a tape in, and it loaded properly however when put in either playback or camera the tape wont spin or advance and when ejected the camera won't unload the tape and I have to rewind by hand. and when i put the tape into a vcr i see the jumbled overlayed video

when I put a VHS into the camcorder it does not read it and when I take the VHS out it pulls out the tape itself

RCA CC310: Why can't I get a picture through the lens?

I can’t get a picture from the lens. I just get static through the viewfinder, but the lens looks in good but I could be wrong. I opened the camera up and their was no obvious damage on the mother board or the lens assembly. it records fine (except video it just records static. ) and playback work’s. if someone known’s how I could fix this please let me know. ( if you need more details just say)

The charger is just flashing "power". What's wrong?

How do I repair the Cassette door to open.

Why do I have to hold down the power button to keep it on?

RCA CC310: Why is my power button blinking?

This is not the camcorder that I’m trying to troubleshoot, the one I’m talking about is an RCA CMR300. My screen only is white on a TV and the viewfinder with playback and recording, my power button is blinking red, and the rewind and fast forward and play and pause button not working. Please help me fix this.

RCA CC310: Why Can't I zoom even though the slider moves

I NEED the following for my RCA CC310 camcorder. A/V OUTPUT cable, A/V INPUT, owners manual, service manual, part numbers for the cables, RCA or equal, sources, web sites, links, pdf's. Any help at all welcome. Even a pin out of the 14 pin a/v out would help. Thanks.
