Quasar Microwave: mq 7774xw Pushed door closed, start heard rattle oven went dark

I have a quasar MQ7744XW. I used it regularly for many years. One day , I closed door, pushed start, heard rattling noise, oven went dark. I checked circuit breaker. It was not tripped. Oven remains unresponsive. Dark. No panel button response, no internal or external lights (two lights on casing). Fan does not work. Can It be as simple as fuse? Is an equivalent fuse available?

Quasar Microwave: Buttons don´t do anything

I have an QUASAR MQ8894XW. When I connect it lights go on, but the buttons don´t do anything when get pressed.

I tried to made a jumper in the pins of the panel connector to simulate the reset , start and 1 minute, but nothing happened neither.

Maybe it has an auxiliar contact that prevent the function of the oven when the door is not close, or i have to press another button when first connect the oven?
