All TVs have this problem except for one that has it's own radio antenna. The others share a different model old antena. Just wanted to be sure that I should just buy a new antena

The TV will go to the home screen but you can't navigate around the screen TV works fine on all other functions such as Samsung TV, Netflix, Prime and YouTube. Have tried unplugging in the TV and remote is fully charged.
