After less then a second, the message is "Charged" and the green blinking light becomes solid.

Upon pressing the power button (which means to start vacuuming, as soon as the robot is out of direct contact with the base, it just stops powerless.

I believe the battery is actually not charging. It was replaced one time already, so it is not the battery.
