Propel Spyder XL: My drone will not sync

Have two Propel Spyder XL drones and I can't get the remote to sync to the drone on either one. The remote will synce and the drone lights keep flashing and will not fly.

Propel Spyder XL: I broke a propeller blade and the screw is broken

I have a propel graviton drone and I broke a propeller blade and go to change the blade and the head of the screw is gone but can still see the remainder of the screw holding the blade on to the “driveshaft" and can't take the blade off how do I get the rest of the screw out to successfully replace broken blade?

Propel Spyder XL: drone ctlr solid red, drone flashes quickly, slowly, then quickly

Controller lights are solid red when I turn it on. Didn't do that before. Should be blinking so that it is in sync mode.

Lights on Drone flash quickly. Then slowly ( as it should). Then within two seconds the lights flash quickly again.

It was working fine until that occured. Cannot get it to do anything different anymore.

I've tried all the basic troubleshooting which is useless. Why the controller is solid red when turned on I don't understand. It just decided to do that and it will not flash for sync.

Same with the drone. It just decided to do it's own thing as well.

Any thoughts?
