Powerbeats Pro: My power beats dont charge, the box is charging but the ear buds don't

When I charge the charging case, it lights up white, indicating it's fully charged, but the earbuds don't charge, they don't even turn on. The indicator light on the earbuds doesn't even come on.

Is there a way to fix this? I've already tried cleaning the pins, but nothing has worked.

I take off the earbuds from the case and only one is connecting and giving me sound, but i place them both back in the case it recognize both.

I already try cleaning contact for charging, also forgetting bluetooth connection and cache, but nothing worked so far

It only turns on when it is being charged, and when it is removed from the charger, the light cannot be turned on.

is there any way to cure the corrosion photo on these beats connectors. Apple are charging 140, considering they’re advertised as water and sweat resistant I’m surprised they have corroded after 3 months use…

Powerbeats Pro: Can't press down on the Left 'b button'

I noticed my left bud stopped working 2-3 days ago and I couldn’t figure out why, until someone told me to hold down the b button. I realized I couldn’t even press the b button on my left earbud. I’m not sure how to fix this, and if this is a simple hardware problem of fixing the button, or a deeper issue? any suggestions?

The little debris screen that sits behind the rubber ear tip fell off and is gone. I’m sure this is going to cause issues down the road, can this be purchased?

Hi,

I have a problem with my right earbud shutting down randomly anywhere between 40-70% battery, I've checked this with monitoring the battery status.

When I put them back into charging case it starts from 0% and in just minutes it jumps up to 50%+ battery again..

They're just over 18months old abs I'm using them with a Huawei p30 Pro.

Any suggestion to troubleshoot would be really appreciated!

Feels like I've tried everything but same result always.

Ok so, I tried to use my Powerbeats pro so I could do schoolwork on my computer, but I quickly realized my left headphone wasn’t working. When I was trying to reset them with the B button, the button wasn’t clicking, but could still be pressed. Does anyone know why this is happening? Please give me an answer on how to fix this. Thank you.

I was having an issue with my right ear bud not working. So, I unpaired the device from my phone and now when I try to pair is back with my iPhone Bluetooth, it will not pick up the device at all. No matter what I do. The light on the Powerbeats pro case just keeps blinking blue/white. I also tried pairing them to my boyfriend’s iPhone and it won’t pick up on his Bluetooth either.
