What do the parts look like that connect this ancient laptop to the internet provided by the cable company?

The floppy drive won't work. Can I somehow connect it to a PowerBook G3 Wallstreet? thank you. Beth

It seems that We Love Macs once sold a replacement clock pram battery for the Powerbook 500 series, however it is no longer in stock. What would be the best strategy for replacing/fabricating a new one? Is there another one that would work just as well?
