PowerA Fusion Controller For Xbox One: Why are my triggers registering as playstation imputs

been playing scarlet nexus, and when I click the right or left trigger, I’ve noticed the game inputs think I’m using a playstation controller and change the settings to match. All other buttons register as xbox controller inputs but this makes the triggers difficult to use as 75% of the presses switch the format rather than just doing what they are supposed to do.

PowerA Fusion Controller For Xbox One: Why does my right joystick move when I use my left one?

i have a PowerA Enhanced Wired Controller for Xbox One ( they didn’t have the model i was looking for so here’s a link to the one i’m having trouble with on amazon )

so my controller has a weird issue with it’s joysticks, mostly the right one. basically my right joystick moves when i move my left one, like for example, when i move my left joy stick up the right one would move or turn left by it’s self ( same thing if i move it down, but it would go right ). this would happen most of the time that i use the controller, only if it’s at some sort of angle. dose anyone know how to fix?
