Porter-Cable PC60TAG: Why is my grinder overheating?

Recently when i use my grinder, it begins to get very hot after a short period of use. This does not seem normal, could you offer any suggestions to remedy this?

No matter what position (on / off) you slide the power switch to the grinder will not turn off. I have to unplug it.

The grinding wheel is not spinning as fast as it used to. It sometimes looks wobbly.
