Pontiac G6: Traction control light (and abs light)

Hello.

I recently had a traction control light coming on in my Pontiac G5 GT (didn't see a forum for G5). When the traction control light was on, the car would jerk when shifting gears (it's an automatic). After time, the abs light came on as well. At this point the jerking seemed to stop. I took it into the shop. They ran a test and said it was probably a bad wheel sensor. They replaced the bad wheel sensor and gave the car back. Within minutes, the traction control light came back on. No abs light this time, and the car doesn't seem to be jerking anymore. I took the car back in and they said the code was leading them back to the abs, meaning it's probably the abs module causing the problem. If so, it would need to be replaced. This will cost somewhere between $450 - $600.

I'm wondering if this all sounds right? Did they even fix anything the first time around? Thanks!

I am so screwed because I can't read what people have been giving me but I have the 2009 Pontiac G6 GT they had the monsoon in it and I cannot figure out the head unit wires for sound or anything and I keep coming across different things that none of it helps please hope somebody have the color codes for this

Pontiac G6: Warning lights all came on then all gauges went black. Power st failed

Today i was driving i noticed my battery light come on. Wile i was driving all of a sudden the warning lights all came on and the car began to chime. power steering failed and the car became very hard to steer. I was able to keep driving (heading home) and the gauges all went black and the car began to surge. finally it stalled. I was able to start the car again once and drive a touch more (power steering really stiff ) however it would not start again. all the electronics in the car seem to be running slower I.e. Windows moving slowly. Could this be the battery or connection? wiring problem?

It ya been sluggish starting. Had the starter and alternator tested and they tested good. Replaced the battery. It quit today. Tried to start it and white smoke came out under the hood. Smelled like burning electric. Car is getting power still

My factory car stereo started sounding like all my speakers r busted all at once. Replaced the back speakers with new back speakers, but they still sound busted. Replace the factory amp with factory amp, but that didn't help either, speakers still sound busted. Please help.

The tire pressure light comes on even though there is air in tire. Then sometimes it will go off showing air in that tire. Later it will come back on showing no air when there is air.

Advance Auto said I needed 2. I located and replaced 1, but have no idea where the 2nd one is. Can anyone help.

Out of the blue the gauges start going crazy or stop working all together. Car bucks and jumps. Dealer said it was a loose ground wire and it worked for about 2 months and then the same old thing. Only has 70,000 miles.
