Polaroid Z2300: I have an instax 9 and all photos are white

I’ve used two different packs and anytime I try to take a picture outside it just turns out white I don’t let the sun hit it I have it upside down so that it can fully develop but it’s still turning white.. i’ve lost over 12 photos.. can somebody help me

My pictures are not clear and vivid as the reviews cite. They are fairly blurry. Is this a settings issue, or film issue, or?

Polaroid Z2300: Printing Discoloration Makes Photos Look Bad

I have the z 2300 and when I print the photos, they are extremely discolored. It looks normal on the screen but when it prints out, the colors are much too bright and over exposed. How can this be fixed?
