After taking a picture and receiving the film from the camera, the developed picture is very dark and hard to depict what is actually in the picture.

Polaroid Onestep Close Up: Why is my fash not turning on?

I just recently bought a Polaroid Cool Cam. When I first put film in the red and green flash indicator lights never turned on and the flash hasnt gone off. The rest of the camera works fine. I was wondering if theres any way to fix/replace the flash.

Polaroid Onestep Close Up: Why does my camera only take pictures when it is closed?

I bought this camera at a yard sale and bought new film for it.

When the film is inserted it pops out the dark slide pops out and the camera makes sounds like it’s charging the flash.

When the camera is open, nothing happens when the shutter button(s) are pressed.

When the camera is closed and the non-flash shutter button is pressed the camera spits out film. The green button on the camera does not come on.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you for any help!

I bought a polaroid from the swap meet and I been trying to take pictures with and it seems the flash will not go off.

When I put a new film in my camera the first black cover comes all the way out usually. Now it only comes out half way and I have to pull it out the rest of the way. Same with me taking a picture. Thought it might be because there wasn't enough battery in the film but have tried with 3 different, new packs, and still the same thing happens. Anything I can do to fix this?

1. At the beginning, just right after 1 photo(functioning as usual), the camera stoped working, became not responding at all(no film came out and no flashlight, but the light on the camera appear green). I thought it is because ran out the film then I changed the film case

2. When I insert the new film case, that back covering paper did not come out as usual, it come out half way. The camera remains not responding.

3. Then I put it back to the backpack, leave it there as I have no idea what to do. But soon later, I found out that the camera was heated up to about 40 Celsius degree. I took the film case out and insert it back in, the camera start to output the film, non-stop, for a few minutes, even I am not pressing the button and I have opened the film case lid(the chin). A few minutes later, it stops, then I tried to press the button, no response still.

4. A day later, I tried to press the button again, and the flashlight flashed but the film did not came out. The light still appear green.

The camera is still not working now. How someone can help me.

I am trying to replace my clear plastic slider, as it cracked during a cleaning when I removed the front plate. Is there a place I can order one and have it sent to me so that I can replace it?

It is the long skinny piece of plastic that hold the slider lens for the 4x viewfinder adjustment.

I found a Polaroid one step closer camera and my grandfathers attic and I want to know how can I test to see if it still works. I also found a Polaroid land camera super color pack that still makes a noise when you wind the timer and so I wanted to know how can I see if that works also
