here're the things that i did which may lead to this project going souht.

  1. lcd is still connected to the mainboard. battery is still on too.
  2. when i removed the screen. the copper film peeled off from the panel.

I believe nothing should be damaged. afaik the copper film on a poco f4 "GT" [cant find a device like this on the forum], is typically meant for heat transfer.
