Poco F3: Can’t turn it on

One day I woke up, took my phone realised that I can’t turn it on, like at all. Charging or waiting for more than 6 months to discharge it and changing it again doesn’t help. The phone had an issue since I bought it - it could randomly reboot itself even if it was in my pocket. It may happen from once a month up to several times in a row

Poco F3: No USB data transfer & Bugged vibrations w/ cable connections, Freezes

I've seen this, so I suspect that little charging board might be the issue. Need confirmation if it can be that, since I get a weird vibration bug too though. Don't want to invest in that board if that money is better spent towards a new phone or the actual issue (if the charging board isn't it).

So I noticed at some point after an update (PixelOS) that the phone's vibration was either bugged, or the phone froze and rebooted when charged. Thought it was a software bug at first, didn't pay much attention. Issues mostly went away with time, which is also weird (will make more sense later). Then I noticed that the PC data connection wasn't working. Phone wasn't recognized at all by the PC, was only charging.

Did a factory reset from the phone since I can't access adb/fastboot with a cable. The vibration bugs and freezes came back immediately when charging. They are less frequent as time passes again, which makes me wonder if there's a software failsafe. When I manage to establish a PC cable connection (extremely rare, aprox. 1/50 tries), it works for a few seconds, couple of minutes max. If the connection is stable, then the phone always freezes and reboots. Other times, it keeps disconnecting and connecting to the PC, until it completely loses connection (without moving the phone/cable).

I'll try to explain the vibration bugs. Most common is to get a weird buzzing sound, instead of the normal smooth vibrations. To avoid confusion, it's NOT constantly vibrating, just misbehaving. Issue stays even when I disconnect the cable, only goes away with restart. I've also noticed that vibration may not work at all when connected to a cable. Many times, it doesn't even bug out.

My solution so far is to charge the phone when it's off, or restart it after every charging session. Still no cable data transfer though, I use cloud or wi-fi when necessary.

I opened up my phone today to swap the battery and cleaned the USB port, also reseated both cable connections. Same issues still persist. It seemed fine with a naked eye, apart from a circular metal around a screw hole which was slightly lifted on one end, both sides (front and back). Seems unimportant, assuming it's a guard, but just in case here's a pic I found with the metal end:

Is it a charging board issue, creating shorts or something? Could it be something else?
