I’ve had my pstv for about 3 years didn’t use it for about 6 months when I pulled it back out I tried connecting my controller to the back and it wouldn’t turn on my controller wasn’t connecting I tried others controllers same thing which leads me to believe its the USB port it may be damaged because nothing seems to connect/power on when I plug my usb in and just trying to see how I can fix it

I recently purchased my PS TV on eBay and the sign in id is the seller's. It won't allow me to sign in and his password has changed. I try to put my sign in id, but it gives me error message (NP-2100-3)

Playstation TV: Ds4 won't charge or sync to the pstv

The USB port does not seem to output ANY power to anything, so now I can't sync a ds4 to it. Are there any alternative ways to control the device or ways to get a controller to sync? I just replaced the power cable to the device and now I still can't use it. I'm just at a loss for words honestly lol

The PlayStation 4 controller seems to be working OK, But when I am playing any games, often the controller seems to be losing connection where it will start to become laggy and often times unresponsive. For example I hit the jump button constantly to get over objects, Every few jumps it will not work and have to hit the jump button multiple times before it regains the connection. Please help with this because i have a lot of old PlayStation games that i can not play on the PlayStation 4 which is why i got the PlayStation TV.

Note: I have not tried a PlayStation 3 controller on it to see if it will make any difference or not. I have tried 3 different controllers with the same results.

Also when i have the controller plugged in to the usb port, It works perfectly with no issues at all. The issue is only while using it wireless.
