Hello. I have microphone problems with my headset plantronics voyager edge - people hear my very bad. I try to pair with another phone, but the problem persist... Any ideas?

Noise cancelling it's not working and by the contrary the headset capture all the noise around me..So how can i fix it? This is my second voyager edge and both had have the same issue..

The earpiece has been sitting in a miscellaneous electronics box in my Grandma's office for over 5 years. If the device needs some repairing, I am open to doing so. The device has turned on before, but has never shown up on broadcasting devices (phones, laptops, etc.).

Plantronics Voyager Edge: No power. Won't turn on, no LED light, and unresponsive to charger

My PLT Voyager Edge just started to act up today. I used it yesterday and even earlier this morning just fine, but now there is no response from it to any command, no LED light showing, no response to turning it on and off manually, no indication that it is even charging when I plug it in. Has anyone experienced this?
