I've read through the manual and watched videos of two different ways of doing this.

  1. First Method: Press the volume up button for 8 seconds (until the light flashes) and press the pairing button on the base for 8 seconds (until the light flashes). Headset should pair with the base in a few seconds.
  2. Second Method: Unplug the base for 1 minute, have the headset in the charging cradle, plug it back in and it should automatically pair.

Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
