Philips Vacuum: Cant find guides to open the vacuum head for cleaning.

Vacuum model: Phillips Aquatrio Pro

Hello.

I have tried to open the vacuum head to see the issue which is brushes not spinning. The issue is i cannot acces the 2 screws behind the vacuum head because of how they are positioned. I am asking if anyone has dealt with this model of vacuum and has succesfully repaired it? Also i tried removing the head from the stick but i dont have the confidence to do that without the fear of breaking it.

The addded pictures show which screws i tried to remove.

Kind regards.

Philips Vacuum: Vacuum seems to not charge but only gives SE error code

A Phillips xc8043/01 I'm checking just gives error code SE when connected to charger. Opened it and found out the 25v DC battery read about 1,2V and depleting as I measured. Would I be right in my diagnosis if I said that the battery is at fault?

No visable damage to the battery or vacuum.

The manual says that SE is the error code for service and gives no further guidance to locate the cause.
