<title><![CDATA[Philips Sonicare Elite: Not charging - battery new fully charged]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have changed the battery a few times, and bought new Li-on 4/5 A battery, charged it toothbrush works, but on the charging station, only the first green light blinks, never going up.... it actually feels like it is discharging it rather charging....  i would rather repair than replace... thanks</p>]]></description>
