Philips DPM8000: Why is the screen on my DPM frozen?

Since I dropped my DPM from about five inches, the screen is frozen. When I turn it off and on the device starts with the same screen. I switched the BA-slider and could listen to my recordings, so I believe the problem is caused by the display, right?

Philips DPM8000: How to change the logo when starting

Someone changed the startup logo on my DPM8000 and when I follow the steps to use a welcome.bmp image is does not change it back. Is that a one-time only change or how can I change it or take it back to the default Philips?

Philips DPM8000: Why is my speaker making a crackling noise?

When I try to replay my recordings I can barely hear my own voice because of the loud crackling. This malfunction started yesterday after I accidently dropped the DPM to the floor.

Where can i find a replacement part for DPM 8000 display ? My screen is broken but i cant find a replacement on the net
