Phantom FC40: My drone won't connect to controller; blinks red yellow green constant

crashed it. new battery and won't connect to controller. uploaded new firmware and it motors responded one time, but would not power up enough to lift off ground. Recalibrate and now it will not respond. blinks red yellow green constantly and won't connect to remote control.

After upgrading the software the drone will not connect to the transmitter and I keep getting a constant yellow light. I tried to bind the controller with no luck.
